Sign of The Times

The following passage of Scripture
is taken from the new version of Scripture,
The Aleph-Tav Bible.
This will give you a peak at the format of the book.
Each phrase, or thought, is separated
and placed on its own line
so you’ll slow down while reading
and take time to
think about what you’re reading.

This passage was selected
because of the times in which we are living.
Look around you.
What do you see?
Do you observe the following things listed
now taking place?

What does this suggest to you?
And did you notice the last three lines?
       - Are you willing to turn away from such as these?
       - Or are YOU doing these things yourself?

Time is running out.
You don’t have forever to get it right.

2 Timothy 3:1-5

3:1 But know this absolutely,
that in the final days grievous times will be at hand,
3:2 because persons will be:
self-centered,
greedy, (money lovers)

braggers,
arrogant,
blasphemers,
disrespectful of parents,
ungrateful,
unholy,
3:3 without natural affection,
    (especially toward family)
implacable, (covenant breakers)
slanderers,
without self-control,
brutal,
despisers of that which is good,
3:4 traitors,
headstrong,
conceited,
pleasure-loving rather than
YAHWEH-loving,
3:5 having an appearance of godliness
but rejecting its miraculous power.

Indeed,
from such ones
turn away.

This is a sobering list.
The result is DECEPTION at every turn.
